Help answer the question about chiropractor
Is it possible my Chiropractor could have done more damage than good?Went to see my Chiropractor a few days ago for the 3rd time since my lower back pain started. He did the usual thing where I lie on my side and he bends over me and twists my back so it cracks loudly. This time it seemed louder than usual. I now feel quite sore and more uncomfortable than before I went to see him the 3rd time. Is it possible he could have "cracked" my back too hard/much and done some damage?

It takes way too long to justify. Chiropracty is a pseudo-science, a fake medical practice that has somehow managed to stick around for 100 years without EVER proving that it works. Cracking backs doesn't do anything positive, but can lead to strokes, pinched nerves, and death. If you want to really help people, you can get a nursing degree faster. Or you could be a real doctor instead of a scam artist.

If you want to be a legitimate Health Care Provider, don't choose Chiropractic.
Chiropractors are quacks. They believe disease is due to blockages in the spine ("subluxations") which prevent good spirits from traveling up and down the back.
If you like the back-cracking stuff, study to be an Osteopath. (They are legitimate in the USA — but not elsewhere).
My parents are both chiropractors. The prereqs are like most other premed prereqs with chem, bio, and physics, but check the actual requirements below. I'm assuming your sister wants to get her doctorate.
My mother had her Bachelor's degree in biology and my father had an Associate's degree. They both spent four years in Chiropractic school together, just like any other rigorous medical program.
If you really want to do it, you will jump through the hoops to make it. There is a lot to learn to become a doctor of any discipline. It's also a tough business with health care the way it is now.
Chiropractic school is typically a 4yr program. Like any other health professional, you need to complete the typical pre-med prerequisites. 1 year of biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, physics, and english. Half year of calculus. And numerous other humanities courses.
As a major, I strongly advise to study business with a focus on marketing. Many chiropractors, like medical doctors, face the same problem when it comes to private practice. School teaches you everything about medicine and healthcare, but nothing on how to run a business. Having a business major can help a great deal to give you the skills you need to have a successful practice.

1yr calculus
1yr English
Several humanity courses, and so forth.
Consult with the chiropractic college you wish to enroll to determine what other courses they may require.

The A.M.A. political spin is that Chiropractors are not "real" medical professionals and what they do does not work. Everyone is different. It worked for me. M.D. said I needed neck operated on. Chiropractor cured problem in about a year without this.
