When I hear people say, “You have changed a bit,” I always think about my weight loss struggle. When I was younger, I was overly active. I don’t think I watched a bit of television as I was always running around with my friends. I was unstoppable. When I graduated high school, I weighed in at 95 pounds. When I got married a year later, I still weighed 95 pounds. Then it happened.
